Miranda’s favorite culinary experiences are intimate and innovative — and that’s exactly what Randy’s brings you with each drop. Every flavor is meant to let seasonal ingredients shine; every pint is made to be shared.

Meet Miranda
Houston born and raised, Miranda grew up in a family that loves to eat. With a Lebanese father and Mexican mother, her home was filled with passionate voices, big opinions, and the aromas of their favorites dishes. The kitchen and dinner table remain at the heart of their life as a family.
While in culinary school in New York in 2021, Miranda tried freshly churned ice cream for the first time. Though she’s often making jokes and fun of herself, she’s strikingly serious about ice cream — she says that bite changed her life. Soon thereafter, she began experimenting with flavor combinations and learning the nuances of churning french-style ice cream. She began having more fun in the kitchen than she had in awhile. Equal part obsession and creative outlet, her ice cream was special to the family and friends who got to try it. As word spread and she began posting online, demand grew … and Randy’s Studio was born.
Based in New York but occasionally in Houston (over the holidays namely), Randy’s drops pints and desserts on a monthly basis. All flavors are crafted with real ingredients. Every drop is unlike the last. Follow on Instagram & TikTok to stay in the loop!
