Drops happen on a monthly basis. All orders must be placed on the Randy’s Hotplate website.
For the Valentine’s Day Drop (New York City), the pre-sale order window is live from February 3rd until sell out.
Orders are city-based – please check that the current drop is live in your city.

For pickup:
For the Valentine’s Day Drop (New York City), pickup will be available on Wednesday, February 11th and 12th from 5:30 to 8:00 PM. The address (located in the Williamsburg) will be provided when placing your order.
When you arrive, text 347-369-4704 with your full name. No need to buzz — your order will be brought out to you!

Cancellations:
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate order cancellations at this time. We’re a small business, baby!
Missed Delivery or Pickup
If you aren’t home upon delivery, you can still pick up your order during pickup hours the next day. Please note that the $10 delivery fee will not be waived.
If you miss your pick up, we unfortunately cannot keep your pint on hold, and your order cannot be refunded.
Please be sure pickup dates and times work with your schedule when placing your order!

Randy’s does not ship outside of the designated delivery area for each drop. Hopefully one day though!
