Drops happen on a monthly basis. All orders must be placed on the Randy’s Hotplate website.

For the Thanksgiving Drop (Houston), the pre-sale order window is live from November 19th until sell out. 

Orders are city-based – please check that the current drop is live in your city. 

Local delivery and pickup are offered for all orders. Please ensure the current drop is live in your city.

For delivery:

There’s a flat $10 fee within a certain radius, which you can see when placing your order. For the Thanksgiving Drop (Houston), delivery will take place on Tuesday, November 25th from 5:30PM to 8:00 PM. You’ll get a text when your delivery window is 2 hours away and when your order has arrived!

If you are not home upon delivery, the delivery fee will not be waived, but you will have the opportunity to pick up the next day during pickup hours.

For pickup:

For the Thanksgiving Drop (Houston), pickup will be available on Wednesday, November 26th from 5:30 to 9:00 PM. The address (located in the Galleria area) will be provided when placing your order.

When you arrive, text 347-369-4704 with your full name & the model of your vehicle. Please do not ring any doorbells - your order will be brought to your car!

Cancellations:

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate order cancellations at this time. We’re a small business, baby!

Missed Delivery or Pickup

If you aren’t home upon delivery, you can still pick up your order during pickup hours the next day. Please note that the $10 delivery fee will not be waived.

If you miss your pick up, we unfortunately cannot keep your pint on hold, and your order cannot be refunded.

Please be sure pickup dates and times work with your schedule when placing your order!

Randy’s does not ship outside of the designated delivery area for each drop. Hopefully one day though!
